Regulus works on equipment data — downtime, work orders and notifications. That data describes machines, not people. We exclude operator and technician fields at ingestion, so we don't process personal information about your workforce. This policy covers the only personal data we do handle: the contact details you send us through this site.

We don't process workforce personal information
We ingest only equipment, downtime, work-order and notification fields. Operator, technician and HR-linked delay reasons are excluded before processing; if an export contains them, they are dropped at ingestion and never stored. We do not act on, enrich or retain personal information about your people.
The personal data we do handle
When you contact us through this site we collect your name, company, work email and message. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about the services you asked about. We don't sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.
Your operational data — not personal, but confidential
Your downtime and work-order data isn't personal information, but it is production data — and for a listed operator it can be price-sensitive. We treat it as confidential: processed inside your boundary, no cross-border transfer, original values preserved and every transformation logged per record.
Where processing happens & how we use it
Processing runs on a Regulus appliance in your own environment, or on in-region infrastructure you nominate. We use your data only to classify, code, verify and structure your records, and to fine-tune models on your material for your use. Your data is never used to train models for any other client or product.
Retention, security & sub-processors
We keep enquiry contact data only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Operational data is returned or deleted on your instruction per your agreement. Access is restricted and logged, and we don't add sub-processors that move your data outside the agreed boundary; any sub-processor is named in your agreement and bound by equivalent terms.
Model weights
Models fine-tuned on your data are your property. They are not shared with, or used for, anyone else.

To access, correct or delete the contact details you sent us, email [email protected]. We may update this policy; the effective date above marks the current version.
